In some respects one can interpret Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” as a parable relevant to Reversal Therapy and, to an extent, Buddhism.

Hoarding memories
Like some soul sick treasure.
Storing our regrets
Rewarding them with inaction.

Held fast in self made nets

I wander round shops
In a bit of a daze
with an uncertain gaze
